My First Bath

This was Meekas first bath. She was pretty scared, but she loved getting her feet rubbed. Haha she is just so adorable and funny. And she loves getting her treats after her bath, it shows her that she was a good girl for getting clean. :-)

This is Meeka, she is 8 weeks old. Meeka is the newest part of our family. The family she comes from lives in Willard, Utah. She is my early 17th birthday present. I am so happy to have her, she is my little girl dream come true. My mom bought her and took me to go to Wal-mart to get her a kennel and collar. Then the next day we took her to Petsmart.

A little about Meeka is that she is a pure bred Shih Tzu. Her mother is white with liver brown ears. Her dad is like four shades of brown all over, and it's all curly. The mother just had been groomed. But her hair still looked a little curly. Both parents were so cute and very protective of their baby. The family that owns the parents are a very dog loving family. They care alot about their dogs. They asked us to update them on her so they can see how she is doing. And so we will be sending them pictures and fun stuff about her. They had a litter of four puppies but two died. And our sweet little girl survived with her one sister. Meeka was the chunkiest and the calmest of the litter (but you can't convience me of the calmest one haha). She has this favorite toy, and she attacks it and goes insane!! :-) She loves to run as fast as she can down the hall into the kitchen, and front room and back to the bedroom. She loves her little pink bed with her blanket. She loves all the nieces and nephews. She goes crazy with them and then gets really tuckered out haha and tries to get away so she can sleep. But watch out for the power naps because once shes up again she's ready to rock and roll!!! When she does something good we give her a high class Hollywood treat..and wow she goes crazy for those. She sniffs and jumps and begs for more and more. But it's hard to say no because she is so freakin cute!!! One of her favorite places to lay is under dads chair, it freaks me and mom out haha.
